Then in the selected strategic accounts we help them develop a global action plan to elevate relationships to trust and solutions to strategic. They will identify which executives they need to reach in a plan to politically navigate to them and what to say when they get there. For select accounts we plan how to earn preferred vendor status and innoculate the account from competitive intrusion.
